| 摘 要： | 作为一种新的经济发展模式,循环经济理念上人们存在许多认识的误区,主要是:以产业链替代循环经济,循环经济的研究与实践更多地停留在物质资料的生产领域和新建工业园区;把循环经济等同于废物循环的循环经济;把循环经济视为纯粹经济问题,没有明确循环经济是经济与社会和环境整合的经济;不能正确处理经济与生态与人类健康的关系,为循环而循环;脱离我国经济发展与资源环境的基本矛盾特征而片面看重外国经验;从实践操作上循环经济发展缺乏有序化,法律法规不健全。

The thinking of surmounting these mistake ideas lies in strengthening the theory innovation, policy law innovate and technological innovation with economic significance. So policymaker, entrepreneur and consumer can bring idea of recycle economy into product development in , mode upgrade of live and industry promotion. |
