营养液浓度对草莓生长发育的影响

摘    要:为探明营养液浓度对设施栽培草莓生长发育的影响,试验以“红颜”草莓为试材,利用毛细管带供给水分,探讨了浇灌含氮30、60和90 mg/L的霍格兰德营养液对草莓生长发育的影响。结果表明,随着营养液浓度的升高,草莓的叶柄长、叶片SPAD值、叶绿素含量和植株吸水量逐渐增大。当营养液含氮浓度为60 mg/L时,草莓的根长、根重、净光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、可溶性糖含量、固酸比均较高。本试验结果表明,当营养液含氮浓度为60 mg/L时草莓植株生长发育较好。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of nitrogen concentrations (30,60 and 90 mg/L) of Hoagland solution on the growth and development of strawberry plant in greenhouse.The results showed that the petiole length,leaf SPAD,chlorophyll content and plant water uptake of strawberry increased with the increasing of nitrogen concentration.When the nitrogen concentration was 60 mg/L,the root length,root weight,net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,soluble sugar content and solid acid ratio of strawberry were significantly better than those of the other two treatments.In summary,60 mg/L was optimal for the growth and development of strawberry plant among the three tested nitrogen concentrations.
