| 摘 要： | 论述了我国粮政中矮秆稻、杂交稻、超级稻品种与种业、水稻栽培技术、大米等粮食质量监管行政和发展的概略过程,说明了我国水稻品种和技术的发展虽然离不开科技人员自身的努力,但也是在国家的计划和管理下实现的。

| Abstract: | The grain administrating on the development of dwarf rice varieties, hybrid rice combinations, super rice varieties, rice cul-tivation techniques, rice and grain quality supervision in China are discussed in the paper. It showing that the development of rice va-riety and technique is achieved under governor’s planning and managing, although it is cann’t do without sci-tech personnel＆#39;s efforts. |
