摘    要:目的]建立大樱桃砧木吉塞拉组培快繁技术体系。方法]以吉塞拉5号的茎尖分生组织为外植体,从材料丛生芽的诱导、继代、生根以及炼苗与移栽方面研究其组培快繁技术。结果]结果表明,适宜丛生芽诱导的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.03mg/L+KT 1.50 mg/L+GA30.20 mg/L;试管苗在以1/2 MS+IBA 1.50 mg/L的培养基上生根效果好;以1/2草粪+1/2园土为移栽基质时,小苗成活率高。结论]为大规模、快速生产吉塞拉组培苗提供理论和实践依据。
