| 摘 要： | 葡萄多酚类物质是葡萄重要的次生代谢产物,葡萄多酚具有较强的抗氧化活性,是一种很好的自由基清除剂和脂质过氧化抑制剂,其抗氧化性在药品、保健品、食品、化妆品等领域有很多应用。就葡萄多酚的提取方法和抗氧化方面的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Grape polyphenols are important secondary metabolites of grape.The grape polyphenol with strong antioxidant activity is a good free radical scavengers and lipid peroxidation inhibitors.Its antioxidant activity has many applications in the field of medicine,health care products,food,cosmetics,etc.In this paper,the extraction of grape polyphenols and antioxidant are summarized. |
