基于最优控制的四自由度汽车主动悬架控制器

摘    要:为改善某皮卡车悬架的性能,在该车四自由度1/2车体被动悬架的模型上并联控制器,并利用最优控制理论,采用一种新的控制算法对该控制器进行设计,建立了并联式主动悬架的理论模型。计算机仿真表明,与被动悬架相比较,采用所设计控制器的并联式主动悬架系统的汽车平顺性、车轮地面附着性有明显的改善。

Abstract:Using the parameters of a pickup, a passive suspension model of four degree-of-freedom (DOF) was built. To improve the performance of suspension of the pickup, two controllers were added to the passive suspension model to make a parallel active suspension. Based on the optimum theory, a mathematical model of two optimum controllers used to control the performance of the suspension system was presented. The simulation results showed that the performances of the active suspension are much better than the passive one, and optimum controllers have good shock-reduction performance.
