香稻种质资源与骨干亲本材料的农艺性状相关及通径分析

摘    要:为摸清香稻种质资源与骨干亲本材料各农艺性状对其产量的影响,为香型杂交水稻育种提供优质资源材料,采用田间试验,对40份具有一定代表性的香稻种质资源、26份恢复系材料和22份保持系材料的农艺性状进行了相关和通径分析。结果表明:1)相关分析中,香稻种质资源的单株有效穗与单株产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.987 2**),恢复系材料的单株有效穗、穗实粒数和千粒重与单株产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.532 5**,0.509 1**,0.707 3**),保持系材料的生育期、剑叶宽、穗总粒数和穗实粒数与单株产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.611 6**,0.711 7**,0.563 2**,0.684 2**)。2)偏相关分析中,香稻资源的单株有效穗和千粒重与单株产量呈极显著偏相关(r=0.998 9**,0.639 5**),恢复系的单株有效穗、穗总粒数和千粒重与单株产量呈极显著正偏相关(r=0.810 0**,0.520 2**,0.7292**),保持系的单株有效穗和千粒重与单株产量呈极显著正偏相关(r=0.863 8**,0.594 5**)。3)通径分析中,香稻资源和恢复系材料农艺性状中的单株有效穗对单株产量的直接作用最大,而保持系材料的单株产量受穗实粒数的直接作用最大。

Abstract:The correlation and path of main agronomic traits of 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources,26 restorer lines and 22 maintaining lines were analyzed to study the effect of their main agronomic traits on yield for breeding of aromatic hybrid rice.The results showed that: 1) there was a very significant positive correlation between effective spikes per plant and yield per plant in aromatic rice germplasm resources.There were very significant positive correlations between effective spikes per plant and yield per plant,full grains/spike,and between 1000-grain weight and yield per plant in restorer lines.There were very significant positive correlations between yield per plant and growth period,width of the flag leaf and full grains/spike in maintaining lines;2) there were very significant partial correlations between effective spike per plant and 1000-grain weight,yield per plant in aromatic rice germplasm resources.There were very significant positive partial correlations between yield per plant and effective spikes per plant,total grains per spike,1000-grain weight in restorer lines.There were very significant positive partial correlations between yield per plant and effective spikes per plant,1000-grain weight in maintaining lines;3) the effective spikes per plant had the great direct effect on yield per plant in aromatic rice germplasm resources and restorer lines,but the full grains per spike had the great direct effect on yield per plant in maintaining lines.
