香蜂花茎节丛生芽诱导及快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以香蜂花茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的6-BA、NAAI、BA等单因子和不同比例的细胞分裂素和细胞生长素组合试验。结果表明:适宜不定芽诱导分化的培养基为MS 6-BA 2.5 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L;适宜诱导生根的培养基为1/2MS IBA 2.0 mg/L。

Abstract:Stalk segments of Melissa officnalis were explants on MS medium supplemented with plant hormone in different concentrations.The results showed that MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.5 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L was the most effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of the shoots.The optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS IBA 1.0 mg/L.
