摘    要:在大田生产条件下,研究了不同环割处理对烟株农艺性状、烟碱、钾及还原糖和总糖含量的影响,环割20 d后一次性取样,结果表明,与对照相比,环割对烟株农艺性状的影响不大,钾、还原糖和总糖相对百分含量下降,但总量呈现正积累,烟碱相对百分含量下降且总量呈现负积累,说明环割一段时间后,烤烟化学成分在烟叶中重新进行了分配。综合分析表明,基部环割对降低烟叶烟碱,提高烟叶钾含量和烟叶品质效果较好。

Abstract:In the field,effects of different girdling on agronomic characters,nicotine,potassium,total sugar and water-soluble sugar content in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco were studied.Results showed that,compared to CK(cultivation with no girdling),there was no effect on agronomic characters,but the relative percentage of potassium,total sugar and watersoluble sugar content decreased.The relative percentage of nicotine and total output decreased,which indicated that significantly chemical components of flue-cured tobacco distributed over again after several days of girdling.Girdling could significantly reduce the nicotine content,increase the potassium content and improve the quality when ducting girdling at the base.
