| 摘 要： | 网络化是现代科技发展的必然表现，青年大学生是网络化的主体，是认识和利用网络的主力军。网络化既给高校思想政治工作带来了机遇，也带来了挑战。高校思想政治工作者如何利用网络这个平台做好思想政治工作，增强思想政治工作的网络意识，建立适应网络化要求的政工队伍，营造型思想政治工作网络阵地，以互动思维改进工作方法，使高校思想政治工作真正收到实效。

| Abstract: | The trend of network is the inevitable expression of the development of modern science and technology.While young college students are the main parts of this trend and also the main forces that understand and make use of network.This trend brings to ideological and political work in colleges and universities both opportunities and challenges.How can our ideological and political worker in colleges and universities make use of this platform of network to make our work well-done,raise our consciousness of network,establish a series of political work adapting the claim of network,construct a new network front about ideological and polictical work,and achieve the real effect of our work through exchanging thinking and improving our work methods. |
