| 摘 要： | 为了探究灭活沙门菌诱导黄粉虫的效果,试验采用灭活沙门菌液针刺和饲喂黄粉虫幼虫,然后粗提抗菌肽,测定其浓度及药物敏感性。结果表明:饲喂、针刺组诱导的抗菌肽浓度分别为6.644,6.832 mg/mL,两者不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),但都极显著高于对照组(浓度为1.746 mg/mL,P<0.01);黄粉虫菌饲和菌刺组的平均抑菌直径分别为14,16 mm,对照组的平均抑菌直径为11 mm。说明灭活沙门菌处理黄粉虫幼虫能产生大量的抗菌肽,并且对沙门菌具有抑制作用。
