| 摘 要： | 土壤中蕴含着丰富的微生物,传统的平板培养法分离培养和鉴定土壤微生物只能反映极少数微生物的信息,因此应用现代的分子生物学方法在某种程度上可以去除以上存在的一些限制性的约束。文章着重阐述了目前研究土壤微生物多样性所采用的分子生物学方法,主要从土壤中DNA的提取、PCR技术、DNA指纹技术、探针技术和基因芯片等技术进行了介绍和分析,为土壤微生物多样性研究提供了一个更加广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | Soil is a repository of diverse microorganisms.The traditional plate raise law isolated culture and appraises the edaphon only to be able to reflect few microorganisms information.Molecular methods under an emerging discipline of molecular biology microbial ecology are now helping in getting these constraints removed to some extent.This text has explained emphatically on the methods of molecular biology techniges used to study soil microorganisms diversity nowadays,mostlyboth that of mostly from among soil extraction of DNA from soils PCR technology,PCR-based DNA fingerprinting,using probe-based techniques,DNA microarray technologies mostlyboth that of mostly from among soil,which supplying a more extensive foreground for edaphon diversity. |
