| 摘 要： | 根据千岛湖国家森林公园资源状况,提出从保护入手,通过规划先行、加强宣传、封育结合、减少采伐、强化消防、防控病虫等举措夯实公园基础;以发展的眼光,采取科技支撑、建立基地、挖掘资源、山水一体等手段建设森林公园。总结出树立生态系统保护理念、统筹保护与利用的关系、推进公园文化建设与崇尚生态文明的森林公园保护与科学发展经验。

| Abstract: | Based on the resources conditions of Thousand-isle Lake National Forest Park, the measures were puts forward including starting with conversation, planning in advance, strengthening the propaganda, combining closure and cultivation, reducing cutting, reinforcing fire fighting and controlling diseases and pests, to construct the park in a solid way. With the eye on development, approaches like technology support, bases set-up, resources tapping and hill-water integration should be adopted to construct forest park. The paper summarized the forest park protection and scientific development which lays stress on natural recycling eco-system protection, the coordination of protection and utilization and the construction concept that boosts park culture and advocates ecological civilization. |
