摘    要:针对马铃薯去皮过程中存在的一次性去皮率不高的问题,设计了一种马铃薯清洗去皮一体机,建立了马铃薯清洗去皮机的三维模型,重点对去皮装置和渣水过滤循环系统的关键部件进行了结构优化设计,以实现马铃薯去皮机的高效低耗作业。该设备结构形式适用于我国南方冬种马铃薯的去皮加工作业,去皮效果好,能对马铃薯去皮过程中产生的废弃物进行过滤回收,具有节约用水和便于操作等优点。

Abstract:In order to solve problem that disposable peeling rate is not high in process of peeling potatoes,a potato cleaning and peeling machine was designed and a three-dimensional model of potato washing and peeling machine was established,which focused on peeling device and slag filtration cycle.The key components of the system were further optimized to design the potato peeling machine to achieve high efficiency and low consumption operation.The structure of equipment was suitable for peeling of potatoes in the south of China.It has advantages of good peeling effect,which can filter and recover waste produced in the process of potato peeling.It also has advantages of saving water resources and facilitating operation.
