| 摘 要： | 随着经济的不断发展以及市场竞争的不断增大，质量管理和控制逐渐成为行业成败的关键。农业水利工程作为促进农业发展的关键因素和重要基础，其施工质量管理和控制更是保障工程质量的重中之重，不仅影响水利工程的使用寿命，还会影响水利工程的经济效益和社会效益。鉴于此，分析了农业水利工程中施工质量管控的意义，探讨了农业水利工程施工质量管控存在的问题，提出了完善农业水利工程施工质量管控的策略，以期为加速我国农业经济发展提供借鉴和指导。

| Abstract: | With continuous development of economy，as well as increasing market competition，quality management and control has gradually become the key of industry success.Agricultural water conservancy project is a key factor and important basis to promote development of agriculture.And its construction quality management and control is the top priority to protect quality of projects，which not only affects service life of water conservancy projects，but also affects economic and social benefits of water conservancy projects.On this basis，significance of construction quality control in agricultural water conservancy projects was analyzed，existing problems in construction quality control of agricultural water conservancy projects were discussed，and strategies to improve quality control of agricultural water conservancy projects were put forward in order to provide a reference and guidance for accelerated development of agricultural economy in China. |
