| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇＋酸水（pH4）为流动相，使用以ZORABX SB—C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器，在275nm波长下对试样中的吡唑苹胺原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明吡唑草胺的线性相关系数为0．9998；标准偏差为O．30；变异系数为0．30％；平均回收率为99．49％。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of metazachlor by HPLC with methanoland acid water (pH=4) as mobile phase, ZORABX SB-C18 column and DAD at 205nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.30, the variation coefficient was 0.32%, the average recovery was 99.49%. |
