| 摘 要： | 本试验对水栉霉的主要养分进行了测定。结果表明:水栉霉的总糖、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪含量分别为61.69%、29.33%、10.06%、17.56%;含17种氨基酸,总量为15.73%,必需氨基酸总量为6.69%;主要脂肪酸成分为十六烷酸、十八碳二烯酸、油酸、十八烯酸,其相对质量分数分别为17.238%、12.427%、20.666%、24.121%,其中不饱和脂肪酸相对质量分数为67.981%;含有动物生长的多种必需矿物质元素,其中钾、钙、锌含量分别为753、546、900mg/kg。 |

| Abstract: | The contents of main nutrients of Leptomitus Agardh were determined.The results showed that the contents of total sugar,crude protein,crude fiber and crude fat were 61.69 %,29.33 %,10.06 %,17.56 %,respectively;there were 17 amino acids with a total amount of 15.73 % and the essential amino acids accounted for 6.69 %;the main fatty acid components were palmitic acid,octadecadienoic acid,oleic acid,octadecenoic acid,mass fraction of which were 17.24 %,12.43 %,20.67 %,24.12 %,respectively and unsaturated fatty acid was 67.981 %;There were still abundant essential mineral elements,the contents of potassium,calcium and zinc were 753,546,900 mg/kg. |
