| Abstract: | Due to the late start of science and technology development work in agricultural research institute, the weak awareness of the management for science and technology development, in a sense, has restricted the pace of science and technology development. This paper analyzes from the significance of the management for science and technology development in agricultural research institutes, through analyzing the current status of development management, making recommendations on three aspects of raising awareness of science and technology development management, tidying management systems and mechanisms of development and constructing management team of development. |
