新型含芳醚结构三唑类化合物的合成及植物生长调节活性

摘    要:为了寻求新的、高活性的三唑类农药,将芳醚结构引入三唑类化合物中,设计合成了未见报道的4'-芳氧基-2-(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-1-基)-苯乙酮类和1-(4'-芳氧基苯基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-1-基)乙醇类共8个化合物。采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及元素分析确认了新化合物的结构。生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物对小麦和油菜的发芽及根、茎生长具有一定的调节作用。

Abstract:A series of new triazole compounds containing aryl ethers were designed and synthesized.The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassay results indicated that some compounds exhibited certain plant growth regulatory activities.
