红龙草染色体核型分析

摘    要:以根尖为材料,应用根尖压片法对红龙草进行了染色体核型分析。试验结果表明:染色体数目是2n=2x=34;核型公式为32m+2sm;核型类型为2B型。该研究为红龙草的良种选育及利用提供了遗传学基础。

Abstract:The karyotype analysis was carried out on Altemanthera Ficoidea cv. 'Ruliginosa' using root tips of cutting seeds as materials. The results indicated that the chromosomes were counted to be 2n=2x=34. The karyotype formula was 32 m+2 sm. The karyotype type was 2B. The study would provide some references for breeding and utilizing of Altemanthera Ficoidea cv. 'Ruliginosa'.
