工业上超临界CO2生产八角茴香油的方案比较

摘    要:工业生产上采用超临界CO2萃取技术分离和提取八角茴香油比传统的水蒸气蒸馏法更有优势,通过比较大型超临界装置在超临界恒压、超临界变压、亚临界三种不同条件下萃取八角茴香油的得油率,采用气相色谱一质谱联用分析(GC-MS)来比较八角油的成分及相对含量,研究工业上不同条件下超临界CO2萃取八角茴香油的差异。结果表明:超临界恒压CO2萃取的平均得油率最高,达到14.92%;超临界变压CO2萃取平均得油率为12.7%;亚临界CO2萃取的平均得油率最低,仅有7.49%;三种萃取方法所得八角茴香油的成分和含量差异不大。
