| 摘 要： | 目前,全国各地住区建设如火如荼,如何提高住宅居住质量,是大家十分关注的课题。房商及有关管理部门,对住区总体规划,住宅建筑单体都十分重视。特别是设计人员对建筑单体设计,认真推敲,精益求精,设计出许多好的作品。但对住区景观环境,业主没有足够重视。一定程度上影响住区居住质量。特别是现在提倡创建以人为本的精品社区,必须重视住区景观建设,景观建设一定要和住区建筑建设同步进行。笔者通过温州市黄龙居住区1＃地块景观设计实例,从七个方面,对居住小区景观设计进行探索。

| Abstract: | Now, all the country are constructing residential quarters and how to improve the quality of residence comes into being a main point. House operator and manage department think much to the overall planning and individual of residence construction,especially the designers create many perfect works. But the owners did not pay enough attention to landscape environment, which affects the quality of inhabitation. At present we advocate esthetical community that is on the basis of human resource. So we must recognize the residential landscape's building and build residential architecture at the same time. The author searches the landscape design of residential quarters from seven aspects combining with the 1 # example of WenZhou city Huanglong residential quarter. |
