膜荚黄芪苯丙氨酸解氨酶特性的初步研究

摘    要:该文初步研究了荚膜黄芪苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的基本特性。结果表明:PAL的最适反应时间为30min,PAL在Tris-HCl缓冲液中适宜的pH值为8.0,最适反应温度为37℃,PAL酶浓度过高或过低不利于酶的活力,PAL最适底物浓度为2mmol/L。

Abstract:The basic characteristics of phenylalanine ammoma-lyase (PAL) of Astragalus membranaceus was studied. The results showed that the optimum reaction time was 30 min, the optimum pH in Tris-HCl buffer was 8.0, the optimum reaction temperature was 37 ℃, higher or lower concentration of PAL was not approprite for the PAL activity, and the optimum substrate concentration of PAL was 2 mmol/L.
