| 摘 要： | 通过对ＣＥ３３种检测方法的比较研究，证实间接ＥＬＩＳＡ是检测ＣＥ最为敏感，简便，快速的方法，在２４ｈ内即可得到结果。ＣＨＯ法也较敏感，但要求较高。大鼠肠袢试验虽然操作繁杂，却是传统的肠毒素检测法，结果更具说服力。

| Abstract: | It was shown that Indirect Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay was significantly more sensitive and convenient than Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) test,and the result could be gotten within 24h through the study of three methods testing for cytotonic enterotoxin(CE).Although the CHO test was sensitive,but it required too expensive instruments and strict condition to extension.Rat ileal loop test was the classical method to detect enterotoxin,but it was less sensitive than other two methods.The anti-LT serum could combine with CE completely and neutralized its toxicity. |
