| 摘 要： | 设计了一种种子数粒装袋机。该装袋机采用可编程控制器（PLC）为控制核心，人机界面为操作窗口，光纤放大器与传感器为计数装置，具有计数精确稳定、速度快、自动化程度高和操作简便等优点。测试结果表明，计数误差＜3‰，证明该设备能有效提高计数速度与准确度，是适合各类型种子计数装袋的专业设备。

| Abstract: | A kind of seeds counting and bagging machine was designed.Programmable controller（PLC）was adopted as control core，man-machine interface as operation window，fiber amplifier and sensor as counting device.This machine had the advantages of counting accuracy and stability，fast speed，high degree of automation and easy operation.Test results showed that counting error was less than 3 per 1 000.It was proved that the device could effectively improve counting speed and accuracy，and it was the professional equipment for various types of seed counting and bagging. |
