摘    要:应用主成分分析法,对我国6个绒山羊群体的22项数量指标进行了多元统计分析;并用构造的主成分值进行了系统聚类,结果在一定程度上揭示了这些绒山羊群体间的遗传分化。对22项数量指标的R型系统聚类结果显示,海拔和年降水量是影响绒山羊分布的重要指标。因此,在绒山羊品种分类中生态因子亦是一个相对重要的方面。

Abstract:The multivariate statistics analysis of 22 items of quantity target of 6 cashmere goat populations in China were carried out with the method of principal component and the hierarchical clustering was done with the constructed principal component value.The results displayed partly the genetic differentiation among cashmere goat populations,and conformed to the result of the known cashmere goat phylogenetic system in China.The R-type hierarchical clustering of 22 items of quantity target of 6 cashmere goat populations showed that both elevation and average annual rainfall were important in the distribution of cashmere goats.So the ecology factor is an important relatively part in the cashmere goat breeds classification.
