摘    要:水泥掺量对水泥稳定冷再生沥青混合料的力学和干缩性能具有较大影响,其影响效果具有一定的规律性。通过制备3%~8%的5种不同水泥掺量水泥稳定冷再生沥青混合料试件,进行无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、抗压回弹模量试验及干缩性能试验。结果表明:随着水泥掺量的提高,试件的各项强度指标相应增加,说明水泥是再生混合料强度形成的主要因素。同时,试件干缩系数也随水泥掺量的提高而增加,说明水泥掺量较高的再生混合料,其干缩开裂敏感性也较高,即水泥稳定再生混合料应在保证一定强度前提下,减少水泥掺量以防后期干缩开裂。

Abstract:Cement dosage has a great influence on the mechanics and shrinkage performance of the cement stabilized recycle asphalt mixtures.This effect is supposed to have certain regularity.Test samples are prepared with 5 different cement dosages from 3 % to 8%.The compressive strength,flexural strength,compressive resilient modulus and drying shrinkage coefficient are measured according to the tests.Results have shown that an increase in cement dosage results in an increase in strength and modulus since cement is the main factor of strength formation of recycled asphalt mixtures.Meanwhile,the drying shrinkage coefficient has a positive correlation with cement dosage.Samples with higher cement dosage are more sensitive to drying shrinkage.Therefore,a low cement dosage is recommended in practical project under the premise of guaranteeing strength requirements.
