细叶鼠曲草总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:提取细叶鼠曲草(Gnaphalium japonicum Thunb)总黄酮,比较传统水溶性提取与超声提取总黄酮的工艺差异,并通过单因素和正交试验优化细叶鼠曲草总黄酮提取工艺。结果表明,超声醇提效果较好,条件为超声时间30 min、乙醇体积分数80%、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶30(g/m L),提取总黄酮含量为2 mg/g。

Abstract:To study extraction of total flavonoid from Gnaphalium japonicum Thunb. Compared with traditional extraction,con-ditions for flavonoids using ultrasonic was optimized by orthogonal design. Good effects of ultrasonic with ethanol was acquired by conditons as follows. Extraction temperature 60℃,ultrasonic time 30 min,ethanol volume 80% and solid-liquid ratio 1:30 (g/mL). Under the conditions,the yield of total flavonoid was 2 mg/g.
