野菊根系分泌物的鉴定及其对三种植物的化感效应

摘    要:利用GC-MS,比对植物体茎叶、根系分泌物、植物根际土壤3个醇提取物中共有成分,以确定出野菊(Chrysanthemum indicum)根系分泌物所产生的主效化感物质。在此基础上,应用外源法测定2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯在4个不同浓度下对油菜(Brassica napus L.)、生菜(Lactuca sativa var.ramosa Hort.)、莴苣(L.sativa L.)3种化感敏感植物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,野菊根系分泌的主要化感物质有2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,且2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对3种植物的抑制作用随着浓度的增加而增强;邻苯二甲酸二乙酯在0.05 mmol/L浓度下对油菜有明显的促进作用,在0.05 mmol/L和0.10 mmol/L浓度时,对生菜鲜重、莴苣和油菜胚根生长具有促进作用。

Abstract:The three extract of aerial parts plants,root exudates and plant rhizosphere soil was analyzed by GC∕MS,to deter-mine the main allelochemicals produced from root exudates of Chrysanthemum indicum. By using seed germination methods in culture dish,exogenous application were used to test the allelopathic effect of 2,4-Ditertbutyl phenol and diethyl phthalate on the seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce(Lactuca sativa var. ramosa Hort.),romaine lettuce (L. sativa L.) and rape (Brassica napus L.). The results showed that the main allelochemicals produced from root exudates of C. indicum were 2,4-Ditertbutyl phenol and diethyl phthalate. And the inhibition of 2,4-Ditertbutyl phenol to three plants increased with increasing the concentration of 2,4-Ditertbutyl phenol; Diethyl phthalate had obvious effect on promoting the rape under the concentration of 0.05 mmol∕L, in the 0.05 mmol∕L and 0.10 mmol∕L concentration on the growth of lettuce, fresh weight of rape,lettuce and radicle had promoting effect.
