不同灌溉模式对稻田土壤微生物数量的影响

摘    要:采用单因素重复试验研究不同灌溉模式对稻田土壤微生物数量的影响.研究结果表明,不同灌溉模式,稻田土壤微生物数量不同,淹水条件下厌气性细菌数量高于其他灌溉模式的数量,好气性细菌、真菌和放线菌以及稻田土壤微生物总量以浅、湿、干间歇灌溉的最高,原因是由于该灌溉模式的土壤湿度适于微生物的生长.

Abstract:The test uses a single-factor repeat tests to study the effect of different irrigation patterns on the microbes in paddy soil. The result shows that the number of microbe is different under different irrigation condition. the number of Anaerobic bacteria under Flooding conditions is higher than other irrigation patterns, aerobic bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, and the total of paddy fields soil microorganisms is the highest under shallow, wet, dry intermittent irrigation condition, which is due to the reason that soil moisture is suitable for the growth of microorganisms under this irrigation patterns.
