摘    要:研究了石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯以及水这4种不同溶剂对狼毒(Euphorbia fischeriana Steud)提取物的杀烟蚜(Myzus persicae)活性。结果表明,石油醚提取物的杀蚜虫活性最好,在浓度为0.500 mg/m L,时间为12 h时,蚜虫全部死亡。其他3种溶剂提取物的杀蚜虫活性相对没有明显的规律性。试验期望进一步拓展植物源农药的发展潜力,筛选出杀虫活性高的分段提取物,为进一步研究狼毒大戟提供理论依据。

Abstract:The different solvent extracts from Euphorbia fischeriana including petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and water were tested to study their insecticidal activities against Myzus persicae. The results showed that petroleum ether extract had the best insecticidal activity against Myzus persicae,and all aphids had been killed at the concentration of 0.500 mg/mL and at 12 hours. Comparatively,the other three solvent extracts showed no clear regularity. By the experiment,it can be ex-pected to further expand the development potential of botanical pesticides, and screen out segmented extracts with high insec-ticidal activity,as well as provide theoretical basis for the further study of Euphorbia fischeriana.
