不同小麦品系的抗盐性鉴定

摘    要:以5个小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品系"35"、"4399"、"5229"、"7228"、"0628"为材料,以蒸馏水培养为对照,室内模拟盐胁迫条件对不同品系的种子发芽率、盐害指数及叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活力进行测定。结果表明,盐胁迫下5个品系的发芽率均表现出不同程度的差异,结合MDA含量和POD活力参数得出5个小麦品系中"4399"抗盐性最好,"7228"、"35"和"0628"次之,品系"5229"抗盐性最差。

Abstract:In this experiment,5 wheat varieties ("35","4399","5229","7228","0628") were used to study. With hydroponics and NaCl for salinity, different wheat varieties were examined for their germination percentage, salinity harmful index, content of MDA and peroxidase activity in leaf. The results showed that significant differences in salt tolerance were observed among 5 different cultivars. Based on MDA content and POD activity, the salt tolerance of "4339" was the strongest,"7228", 35 and "0628" were second, and "5229" was the weakest.
