宽体金线蛭幼苗培养技术试验

摘    要:为研究福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)幼螺和田螺(Procambarus clarkii)幼螺对宽体金线蛭(Whitmania pigra)幼苗的养殖效果,将宽体金线蛭幼苗饲养在以50目聚乙烯制作的网箱内,每个网箱均放入500尾刚孵化出来的宽体金线蛭幼苗,分为福寿螺组和田螺组2个组,每组5个网箱。福寿螺组以福寿螺幼螺为饵料培养宽体金线蛭幼苗,田螺组为对照组,以田螺幼螺为饵料培养宽体金线蛭幼苗,试验共进行39 d。结果表明,福寿螺组和田螺组中宽体金线蛭幼苗的成活率和日增重均存在显著差异(P0.05),说明福寿螺幼螺较田螺幼螺更适合作为宽体金线蛭幼苗的饵料。

Abstract:To investigate the effect using Pomacea canaliculata larva and Procambarus clarkia larva to cultivate the fingerlings of Whitmania pigra larvae,the Whitmania pigra larvae were cultured in polyethylene cages with a 50-mesh size,Each cage was added with 500 infants hatched from Whitmania pigra. All the cages were divided into two groups,one is Pomacea canaliculata group that Pomacea canaliculata serve as the food of Whitmania pigra,another is control group that the Procam-barus clarkii were used for Whitmania pigra breeding. Each group is five cages. Those in the experiment and control groups were feed for 39 days. There were significant differences (P<0.05) about the survive rate and average daily gain between Po-macea canaliculata group and Procambarus clarkii group. These results suggest Pomacea canaliculata is more suitable for the food of Whitmania pigra larvae than Procambarus clarkii.
