园林废弃物与厨余垃圾混合堆肥工艺综合评价

摘    要:以园林废弃物和厨余垃圾为堆肥原料,采用正交试验方法,考察了不同混合比例、碳氮比(C/N)、翻堆频率、投菌量等因素下温度、含水率、电导率、pH、C/N和种子发芽指数等不同堆肥参数的变化。结果表明,影响混合堆肥的因素影响程度由重到轻依次是C/N、混合比、翻堆频率、投菌量。经过综合评价,获得最优堆肥控制条件为C/N为33.1∶1.0,混合比为9∶1,投菌量为3 g/kg,翻堆频率为2 d/次。最优控制条件下,经历11 d高温发酵,堆肥产品电导率为0.614 ms/cm,含水率为36.48%,pH为7.45,C/N为17.95,种子发芽指数为115.6%,可实现园林废弃物与厨余垃圾资源化利用。

Abstract:With the factors of the different mixing ratio,C/N,turning frequency and inoculating amount,using the orthogonal experimental method,to investigate the change of temperature,moisture content,conductivity,pH,C/N and seed germination in-dex with the change of the co-composting of garden waste and kitchen waste. The results showed that the sequence of co-composting factors were as follows:C/N>mixing ratio>turning frequency>inoculating amount. By the comprehensive evaluation, the optimal co-composting operating conditions were as follows:C/N 33.1:1.0, mixing ratio 9:1,inoculating amount 3 g/kg, turning frequency 2 days/time. Under the optimal control conditions,experienced 11 days of high temperature,the co-compost-ing parameters were as follows:Electrical conductivity 0.614 ms/cm,water content 36.48%,pH 7.45,C/N 17.95,seed germina-tion index 115.60%. Therefore, the method could be achieved garden waste and kitchen waste into resources.
