摘    要:为合理利用地方猪遗传资源,随机选取河北省4个市的4个黑猪群体,采用FAO-ISAG联合推荐的8个微卫星标记对各样本群体的等位基因数、有效等位基因数、杂合度、多态信息含量及F-统计量进行检测。结果显示,8个微卫星座位共检测到66个等位基因。有效等位基因数(3.103~5.349),观察杂合度(0.346~0.437),期望杂合度(0.638~0.790)和多态信息含量(0.578~0.762)4个指标,表明4个猪群体具有丰富的多样性。所检测的微卫星位点均偏离平衡状态,主要是由于起始群体规模小或公猪家系少所致。F统计量结果表明,4个猪群体都存在一定程度的近交。依据对4个猪群的分析结果,群体1、2可通过扩大血统数,以减缓近交程度;群体3、4应开展选育,以提高群体一致性。

Genetic diversity of four native pig populations in Hebei province
Abstract:In order to reasonably utilize the local pig genetic resources,4 black pig populations in different cities of Hebei Province were randomly selected,and the allele numbers,effective number of alleles,heterozygosity,polymorphism information content and F-statistic of sample populations were detected by 8 microsatellite markers recommended by Food and Agriculture Organization and International Society for Animal Genetics(FAO-ISAG).The result showed that 66 alleles were observed at 8 loci.The genetic diversity were rich in all the 4 populations indicated by the 4 indices:effective number of alleles(3.103~5.349),observed heterozygosity (0.346~0.437),expected heterozygosity(0.638~0.790)and polymorphism information content(0.578~0.762).The main reasons that all the 8 tested loci deviated from the equilibrium were small population size and limited boar families.The F-statistic results implied that there was certain inbreeding in the populations.Based on the results and analysis above,it is suggested that group1 and group 2 may increase quantity of bloodline to slow down the inbreeding status,and group 3 and group 4 should conduct selected breeding works to improve the population consistency.
