| 摘 要： | 从晋城市创建“森林城市”的功能定位着手，结合森林城市建设的基本原则，围绕山脉绿化、通道绿化、水系绿化、村镇绿化、森林提质和矿山绿化等内容分析森林城市创建的绿色架构。针对目前晋城市森林城市建设现状和存在的不足，提出构建绿色生态网络，把建设森林城市的目标和具体实践结合起来，实现形式与效果的统一，同时强化保护监管机制，解决好林地流失、盗砍滥伐、无序采伐及违法收购等问题。

| Abstract: | The paper started with functional positioning of creating the ＂Forest City＂ in Jincheng, combined with the basic principles of urban construction, analysed the mining and afforestation contents about creating green architecture of forest city, including mountain range greening, channels greening, water system greening, villages greening, and forest quality improvement. For the current construction status and shortcomings, some constructive suggestions were proposed with strong practical significance. |
