摘    要:以黑龙江省东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场20年生水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)人工纯林为研究对象,运用根序分级方法将水曲柳细根划分四个等级,将各等级活根与死根间的氮(N)含量(μg/cm)差异加以比较,研究水曲柳各级根序死亡脱落前是否发生N的内循环,并量化各级根序细根的N内循环率。结果显示:水曲柳一级根和二级根不存在N内循环,三级根和四级根有N内循环发生,内循环率分别为26.03%和50.93%。本研究结果表明:研究细根N内循环,应该考虑根序因素的影响。

Nitrogen Retranslocation from the First Four Order of Fine Root Branch of Fraxinus mandshurica

Abstract:In this study, the nitrogen contents differences between live and dead roots were compared to study nitrogen retranslo- cation in the branch order fine roots of a Manchurian Ash ( Fraxinus mandshurica ) plantation located in the mountains of northeastern Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that: there was no nitrogen retranslocation from the first-order and the second-order roots, but there were nitrogen retranslocations from the third-order and the fourth-order roots, and nitrogen retranslocation efficiencys were 26. 03% and 50. 93% , respectively. These results illustrated that roots branch order may be an important indication of nitrogen retranslocation in dead fine roots.
