| 摘 要： | 林下经济是一种崭新的林业生产方式和经济现象，它转变了林业经济增长方式，符合林区新农村建设的客观要求。当前，林下经济已经成为黑龙江省林业经济中新的重要的增长点，对未来林业发展举足轻重，应用前景十分可观。本文以黑龙江省林下经济发展战略为研究对象，通过资料调查，运用SWOT—AHP分析方法，从林下经济发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等4个方面设置了16个指标，对林下经济发展战略选择进行分析研究。结果表明：黑龙江省可持续的林下经济发展是SO战略模式。

| Abstract: | Underwood economy is a new forestry production mode and economic phenomenon, which changes the traditional mode of forest growth, and meets the objective requirements on the new rural construction in the forest region. At present, underwood economy has become a new growth point in Heilongjiang Province, and plays a decisive role in the future development of forestry, and also has a promising application prospect. This paper takes the development strategy of underwood economy in Heilongjiang as the research object, through literature review and investigation, and selected a total of 16 indicators covering four aspects of underwood economy such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges using SWOT - AHP analysis method to analyze the underwood economy development mode in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that Heilongjiang Province should take SO strategy mode to achieve underwood economy sustainable development. |
