摘    要:旅游的满意度的研究是了解游客对旅游地评价好坏的重要方法之一.本文以抽样调查的方法收集了2012年8 400份哈尔滨市湿地景区的旅游游客的满意度调查问卷,其中包括对旅游接待设施和服务两大类等十余分项满意度的数据,通过均值分析,比较这些分项满意度的高低;通过相关分析发现各分项满意度与综合满意度之间高度正相关;通过多元回归分析得到旅游接待设施和服务满意度的回归模型,并得到接待设施和服务的分项满意度之间存在正相关关系.在这些研究的基础上,得到相关结论,并通过这些结论提出提高满意度的建议.

Abstract:The study of tourist satisfaction is one of the important methods for evaluation of tourist destinations. We collected 8400 copies of Harbin wetland travel tourist satisfaction surveys in 2012. The survey includes more than 10 satisfaction questions in tourism facilities and services. Through the analysis on the average, we compared all of the satisfaction data. It is found that there is highly positive correlation between each satisfaction item and general satisfaction. A muhiple regression model of tourism facilities and service satisfaction is obtained. There is a positive correlation relationship between facilities and each item services satisfaction. On the basis of these studies, the related conclusion is obtained and some suggestions for the improvement of satisfaction through these conclusions are nut forward.
