| 摘 要： | 天然林保护工程是我国政府为改善日益恶化的生态环境、实现经济可持续发展战略而实施的一项社会系统工程。四川省作为长江流域生态环境建设的重点省份之一,1998年在全国率先实施了天然林保护工程。本文对四川省天然林保护工程实施后存在的问题进行了分析,总结归纳出亟待解决的问题,同时提出了解决问题的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The natural forest protection project is a systematic project with an aim to improve the deteriorating ecological environment and assure the sustainable development of the national economy.The Project began firstly to be implemented in Sichuan Province in 1998,which was one of the key ecological environment provinces in the Yangtze River valley.The paper analyses deeply the urgent problems which have existed in the implementation of the project,and puts forward some measures and proposals to solve these problems. |
