摘    要:通过ICP-AES法测定了金樱子在三种溶剂中11种无机元素的溶出情况。结果表明,极性溶剂水溶液对K、Zn、Mg及Mn提取率较高,分别为74.4%、51.2%、46.9%及40.3%。在醇提物中,元素的提取率普遍比水提物中低,Cu的提取率却异常高;在CCl4溶剂中无机元素的溶出率都很低。从整体来看,金樱子中无机元素除K元素外,其他元素的溶出率最高也不超过52%。

Abstract:The ICP-AES was adopted to measure the dissolved rate of inorganic elements extracted from Rosa laevigata by different solvents.The results showed that the polarity solvents in water decoction had higher extraction rate on K,Zn,Mg and Mn,being 74.4%,51.2%,46.9% and 40.3%,resp.In alcohol extracts,the extracting rates of most elements were lower than that in water extraction,but Cu extracting rate was significantly high.In CCl4 solvent,the dissolved rates of all the inorganic elements were lower.As a whole,the dissolved rate of inorganic elements extracted from Rosa laevigata was below 52% expect of K elements.
