摘    要:以番茄品种申粉春晓为材料,研究了叶面喷施水杨酸(SA)对150 mmol/L、250 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下番茄植株生长、保护酶活性及果实产量的影响。结果表明:SA处理可显著降低单纯NaCl胁迫的抑制效应,提高了NaCl胁迫时番茄的植株高度,茎粗和叶面积;在相同盐胁迫下,SA处理均显著提高番茄植株叶片SOD、POD和CAT3个抗氧化酶活性;SA可显著增加番茄果实产量。

Abstract:Taking tomato cultivar Shenfenchunxiao as material to study the effect of SA on tomato in growth,activity of protective enzymes and yield under the stress resulting from 150 mmol/L、250 mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that: SA could significantly decrease the inhibitory effect of simple NaCl stress and increase the plant height、stem diameter and leave area.SA also raise the activity of SOD、POD and CAT under the same NaCl concentration.SA could significantly increase the yield of tomato.
