| 摘 要： | 采用荧光分光光度法测定了甲磺酸达氟沙星粉的含量。激发和发射波长分别为350nm和448 nm,平均回收率为102.5%,RSD为1.1%。在0.01~5μg/mL范围内,其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。

| Abstract: | The content of danofloxacin mesylate in powder was determined by spectrofluorometry.The excitation and emission wavelength were 350 nm and 448 nm,respectively.The average recovery was 102.5%,RSD 1.1%.The relationship of fluorescence and concentration was linear in 0.01~5 μg/mL for danofloxacin mesylate. |
