杉木抗炭疽病机制与超氧物岐化酶之关系

摘    要:抗感病杉木受炭疽病菌侵染后,其超氧物岐化酶(SOD)活性都显著上升,至72小时达到最高峰,但抗病杉木能持续维持SOD活性高水平状态,而感病杉木于接种后144小时开始降至比接种前的水平还低:感病杉木于接种后没有产生新的SOD同工酶谱带,中抗杉木接种后产生一条新的SOD同工酶谱带,抗病杉木接种后产生两条新的SOD同工酶谱带。

Abstract:In leaves of resistant and susceptible Chinese fir after infesction,the superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity increased obviously,and reached the highest point in 72 hours. The resistant chinese fir can keep the SOD activity at the high level for a long time after infection, but the susceptible on can not. In susceptible Chinese fir after infection, no new SOD isozyme band appeared, there was one new SOD isozyme band in the middle resistant one , and there were two new SOD isozyme bands in the resistant one.
