| Abstract: | This text comes up with some detailed problems that should be valued when camera monitoring systems are designed and installed in the newly-built libraries of universities.These details include the function needs,the type selection and the location of cameras,and the video holding period and so on.Paying attention to these details is to guarantee the normal and effective running of the system after being put into use. |
