| 摘 要： | 分析回顾了“十一五”以来国家863计划现代农业技术领域从制订规划、组织实施和加强过程管理等方面落实《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》开展的工作，列举了我国现代农业技术领域在前沿技术研发、科研工作成果产出和人才基地建设等方面取得的成效,分析了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》前期落实过程中存在的问题和挑战， 并为今后工作的开展提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the work on carrying out ‘Outline of the National Program for Medium\|and Long\|Term Scientific and Technological development’ (OUTLINE) from developing plan, organizing implementation and strengthening process management, since the 11th Five\|year Plan in the field of advanced agriculture technology (AAT) of National High\|tech R&D Program (863 Program) were conducted. Achievements in advanced technology development, scientific research output and talents base construction in the field of AAT were listed. Problems and challenges existed during implementing the OUTLINE were analyzed, and relevant suggestions for carrying out future work were also proposed. |
