摘    要:在乳制品生产加工环节中,由于目前缺乏有效的全程信息追溯,因此管理者及消费者很难有效掌握相关的信息数据。本文基于物联网技术研究和开发了乳制品追溯系统,采用二维码技术作为追溯标识,实现了乳制品在整个产品供应链上从养殖、加工、配送到销售的全程追踪和溯源,有效地保障了乳制品的食品安全。

Traceability System for Dairy Products Based on Internet of Things

Abstract:In the producing and processing of dairy products, the managers and consumers could not control the information and data effectively because of lacking effective information traceability system. In this paper, a traceability system for dairy products based on Internet of Things was developed, in which two-dimensional bar code technology was used. The whole system could realize the tracking and tracing of dairy products throughout the whole supply chain from the breeding, processing, distribution and sales, and finally to ensure food safety of dairy products efficiently.
