一种轿车扭转梁的疲劳寿命计算方法研究

摘    要:对一种轿车扭转梁在台架扭转疲劳试验中的疲劳寿命计算方法进行了研究。应用模态瞬态有限元分析方法对这种疲劳试验进行了模拟,计算出有限元模型中关键单元的带符号Von Mises应力时间历程。应用基于局部应力-应变法的软件处理该应力时间历程的稳态段,计算疲劳寿命。结果表明,该计算疲劳寿命相当接近于这种扭转梁的平均试验寿命。

Abstract:The method to predict the fatigue life of a passenger car torsion beam in its rig torsion fatigue test is studied.The fatigue test is simulated with the modal transient finite element analysis,and the signed Von Mises stress history of the critical element in the finite element model is obtained.The steady segment of the stress history is processed with the software based on the local stress-strain approach to predict the fatigue life.The calculation result shows that the predicted fatigue life is quite close to the average test life of the torsion beam.
