| 摘 要： | 介绍了庆元县工业原料林的生产现状,指出了现行采伐限额制度和生态县建设影响了工业原料林的发展,并存在林权制度改革步伐慢、资金投入不足、科技含量低等问题,提出了加快完善森林资源管理政策,加快林权制度改革,加大财政转移支付力度,加大科技扶持力度等发展对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Presentation was made on current production situation of industrial forest in Qingyuan,Zhejiang province.Problems such as slow reform step on forest ownership system,insufficient investment,low technology need,as well as timber quota and ecological county construction has limited industrial forest development.Countermeasures were proposed like improving forest resources administration,speeding up system reform,increasing the finance transfer payment and technical support. |
