| 摘 要： | 介绍了兰州石化公司302厂至兰州炼油厂的重油管道改输柴油的具体改建方案。通过水力计算,校核了离心泵的实际工作点。针对降低能耗、增大输量、气温影响和冬季停输再启动等技术问题,确定了改建后管道的合理运行方案,提出了保证管道安全运行的管理措施。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a program to transport diesel with heavy oil pipeline and the program implementation process. This old heavy oil pipeline from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company to Lanzhou Refinery with 125mm in diameter is proposed to be reconstructed as a pipeline to transport diesel. The actual operating point of pump is checked out by means of hydraulic calculation. The technical problems in cutting down power consumption,increasing throughput influence of temperature and winter's restart-up are taken into account. The rational running program of the reconstructed pipeline and safety operation regulation are working out. |
